HAIR's DOs and DONT"s

This is some of the basic stuff you need to learn about your hair and how to keep it healthy.
"DOs"

* rinse your hair with cold water after shampooing it, by doing this it helps your hair cuticle be more flat and make your hair thinner.
* If your ging to swim he salt water or chlorine makes your hair too dry so apply some conditioner before going.
* Massage your scalp or have someone massage it for a minute. It helps stimulate the blood flow to the roots of your hair.

"DONTs"

*Dont comb your hair when its wet it will snap and break.
* Dont apply to much conditioner or any styling products on the scalp, it will clog the pores and would cause flaking.
* Don't pull your hair in tight ponytails, braids, headband, r combing it for a very long time. Because it will cause alopecia or "traction" which is a type of hair loss. And i now none of you want that. This information was found by my friend at BeautyTricks.com.

Sauna helps the skin

Since I was young my friend Mi Na had those beautiful Korean skin. I've always envied her for that. So just about 2 weeks ago i called her up from Korea and asked her what was her secret to her beautiful skin. Well she told me that she was born with it (she loves to brag and boast about her skin) but she also told me that even thought she was born with it she does not take it for granted. One of the things she does to maintain her flawless skin, is going to the bathhouse which is in Korean is a "SAUNA". She goes there twice a week. The benefit having a sauna is to open up your pores and lose calories. So last sunday i went to my aunt's house to use her sauna. It was a little boring just waiting there but it was worth the wait! Ohh by the way after your done with the sauna wash your self with cold water ( NOT Ice cold water ).

INSOMNIA !

For those who don't know what insomnia is. It is a when he/she can't sleep at night or kept on waking up at night. It is a common disorder on both men and women. This insomnia can last for days or weeks but if it lasts for months you need to see your doctor about it. Of course this disorder does not just pop out it has a lot of causes. For example you maybe depressed, have Stress or grief, Anxiety, Environment and many more. With those causes there are a lot of treatment to it. Just like avoid napping in the afternoon. If your mattress is not comfortable change it. Drink warm milk, herbal tea or chocolate milk to relax your stomach. Avoid anything with caffeine like soda, cappuccino,and coffee. Carrot Mask!

The carrot face mask is perfect for oily skin and helps prevent wrinkles. First peel the carrot and biol them till they are soft. Mash the carrot the make a paste. Then add a table spoon of natural honey. The honey is as known natural remedy for many types of ailments and helps reduce inflammation, swelling and also eliminates germs. And mix it after add a olive oil. Olive oil is a beneficial skin care product, as it helps nourish and cleanse the skin, leaving it supple and glowing. If you have oily skin you can add a couple drops of fresh lemon juice into the mix paste. But add more depending on how oily your skin is. If the paste is a little dry you can add a little water to soften if up. You need to wash your face with warm water and pat it with towel. Apply the mask evenly to your face and neck, allowing it to set for 15 minutes. After that rinse i again with warm water and pat it with a towel.

Orange for shedding dry skin from elbows, knees, and heels.


Orange Fruit is one of those fruits that are full of vitamins. The reason to why orange is for shedding dry skin is because of its fruit acid that loosens the dry dead skin cells. All you have to do is take a fresh orange and cut is it half. Squeeze the half orange into a bowl and add 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 cup olive oil. And mix it. So now take the other half orange and rub it on your knees. elbow or any dry skin. Then rub in the sugar mixture on the same spot. ToothPASTE for acne!

Tooth paste is not only for your teeth but also for your acne. This information was passed on to me by my friend on our freshmen year during high school. I was really going through a lot of problems with my acne and one day she told me her secret was tooth paste. Ever since then i used toothpaste as my last resort to my acne if they wont go away. At night wash your face with warm water and pat your face with a towel. Then use a cotton swab place the tooth paste to you acne. The tooth paste takes time to dry so don't weight and go right to bed if you have an early schedule the next day, but if you don't then you can probably wait for about 3 and a half hour for the tooth paste to dry up. While waiting you will probably feel a tingling on the spot of your face where you have the tooth paste. please do Not scratch or rub it. It is just a sing that its killing the bacteria. So when you wake up in the morning or just done waiting for more then 3 hours wash your face with warn water and mild soap because the toothpaste has dried up your pimple. I hope this works for you as it did to me. =D

Bananas


Banana Lovers/eaters out there are in luck! Because maybe you never notice it but you have the most healthy and beautiful skin. Bananas are used and transformed to face creams and moisturizers. Also Banana is wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment. Just mash 1/4 banana until it's very creamy. Spread all over face and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water followed by a dash of cold. When you dry your skin don't wipe it just dab the towel to your skin. It is Highly effective.
