10 ways to burn/lose calories!

A lot of of people don't have time to take care of their weight and it cause problems, especially now that the world is getting too crowded. So i asked about thirty five and more people that i don't know about how they lose/burn calories easily and quickly. And you might not believe their funny and entertaining answer but here is the list.

1. Turn up the stereo and sing along really loud.
2.Eat spicy food, the heat actually makes you burn off calories.
3.Dance
4. Turn the shower on cold for 20 seconds before you get out, that’s another 100 calories or so
5.Stretch your muscles – toned muscles burn up more energy all the time, even when you’re not doing much
6.Watch a funny film, laughter tones up your stomach muscles and burns up energy.
7.Eat slowly, let your food go down, and you’ll eat less
8.Drink lots of green tea, it ups your metabolism
9.Exercise in the advert breaks while watching tv.
10. Mow the lawn

Herbal Steam Facial

One of the best ways to get your pores out is to have a "Herbal Steam Facial". I sometimes do this to my face and it really helps. This treatment is like a spa for your face. All you got to do is boil a herb like lavender to a 4 cup water. And pour it to a teapot and now it down and cover you head and the teapot together with a towel. Allow the steam to build up on your face. The steam will moisten, and will make you look and feel younger. Caution do NOT steam your face for more than twenty minutes. When you are done use astringent immediately, doing so it will clean your pores while they are still open. This is for both men and women. I hope this works for you. =]

Olive Oil is best treatment for dry skin!

When you have those days when your skin is really dry and very irritating even when you put on your moisturizers. So i told my grandma who live in Louisiana and the only words she told me was " olive oil" then hanged up the phone. That night before i went to bed I washed my face with warm water and then massage my face with the EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL for about five minutes, after that i left it on for the night and when i woke up my skin felt better so i washed my face with cold water. I did that for about three to four days and my skin became more moisture and it became shiny.

Oatmeal helps get rid off acne!

Many people say this and it is true that "Oatmeal" helps get rid off acne. I did a lot of research and experiment about it and it did help my face becomes more soft. So i highly recommend it. All you have to do is just add water to the oatmeal and let it be cooked, when putting it on wait till the oatmeal becomes warm and then put it on and let it dry for 10 through 15 minutes after that wash it with a warm water. Watermelon is a skin food =]

Do you know one of the reason why Asian women have white pinkish face skin??? Well the answer to that is "watermelon juice". Some of the celebrities use it to massage their face to help the face whiten. Watermelon helps stretches wrinkles and give shine. It is also a fact that watermelon can be used as moisturizer and skin toner. The first step to get the refresh face is to get one cup of watermelon pulp and apply it on your face and neck for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes the skin becomes soft. If you don't like the idea then here is another, all you have to do is squeeze out the juice of the watermelon and mix it with a pinch of gram flower to make a paste. Then apply the paste on your face and let it dry for 15 minutes. The left over pulp from the water melon can be used as a scrub and it makes your skin glow. Do you desire to have one of those hair that shines and feel soft and silky??? Well the one of the secrets to that is "MAYONNAISE". Again if you think that it's crazy, it's actually not. A lot of celebrity's make up artist uses it and would recommend it. Mayonnaise helps get rid of dull, dry, brittle hair. When applying to the hair, first massage it thoroughly starting from the roots to the end of your hair. After that pile up your hair and tie it. Also wrap it with plastic food wrapper, it must cover your hair fully add a towel. Keep it up for 10 minutes. Let it sweat and then replace the towel with a preheated towel for another 10 minutes.
