INSOMNIA !
For those who don't know what insomnia is. It is a when he/she can't sleep at night or kept on waking up at night. It is a common disorder on both men and women. This insomnia can last for days or weeks but if it lasts for months you need to see your doctor about it. Of course this disorder does not just pop out it has a lot of causes. For example you maybe depressed, have Stress or grief, Anxiety, Environment and many more. With those causes there are a lot of treatment to it. Just like avoid napping in the afternoon. If your mattress is not comfortable change it. Drink warm milk, herbal tea or chocolate milk to relax your stomach. Avoid anything with caffeine like soda, cappuccino,and coffee.
